Step up a simple stamping project

If you are a beginner stamper it can be overwhelming thinking of what to create with your beautiful stamps. The best place that I have found to start, is to create simple projects with just a few items - such as stamp, ink and paper, then slowly add other elements. Things like die cuts, stampin' dimensionals, different mediums, ribbon and designer series paper can add dimension, texture and colour.

I've used the Hoot Hoot Hooray stamp, whisper white card stock, watercolour pencils, and some ink to create a simple card. Then I have stepped up the design by adding some stampin' dimensionals, coloured cardstock and linen thread. View the supply list below.

Snow globe shaker card featuring new holiday products!

Not long to go until the new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue 2019-2020 is released. One of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is I am able to pre-order new product before they are available to order. I couldn't wait to make this shaker card featuring the new Still Scenes bundle and coordinating products. At first I was trying to imagine how to line everything up so that the snow globe shaker dome fit in the die cut aperture, but once I began to work on the project it was a fairly easy process.
