Keep on Crafting

During these uncertain times I think it is more important than ever to stay socially connected with family and friends. With the social distancing guidelines this can be very hard. Thank goodness for the internet and social media. Although we cannot socialise face to face we can use technology to communicate and connect.

Like many others, I have cancelled all of my face to face classes until further notice. Whilst this is disappointing it is unfortunately out of my control and I am thinking of ways to keep connected and continue to share my love of card making and craft. I've been having fun in my craft room, creating online classes and content for social media. Today's share is three cards that I have created using one sheet of 12" x 12" designer series paper.

I used the Flowering Foils speciality designer series paper to create three card bases by cutting a 12"x 12" sheet into 4" strips, then folding each strip in half. The stamp sets I used are Well Dressed for the images and Bonanza Buddies for the sentiments. Did you know that the Flowering Foils speciality dsp and Well Dressed stamp set are FREE products with a qualifying purchase? Simply make a purchase of $90 of more and redeem a free product. Click HERE to view the latest Sale a Bration brochure and view the free products that you can redeem.
Check out this video to see how I put them all together. A list of the measurements and supplies are listed in the video description.

Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Hop Challenge

It is now Spring here in Australia , the last few day we have had glorious weather. It is very welcome after a cold and very windy winter. Today's share is this thank you card that I have entered into Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlight challenge. The theme of the challenge is Encouragement. I have used the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and co-ordinating dies and designer series paper. For the label  I used a die from the Smooth Sailing dies, which co-ordinates with the Sailing Home stamp set. The challenge winners are decided on by voting.  If you love my card please vote by clicking on the banner below. The top 10 winners will then participate in an International blog hop hosted by Kylie Bertucci at the end of the month. There are many talented card makers from all over the world participating.   I was inspired to colour the magnolia flowers yellow after I saw some beautiful cards created by fellow Australian Stampin' Up! Snow globe shaker card featuring new holiday products!

Not long to go until the new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue 2019-2020 is released. One of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is I am able to pre-order new product before they are available to order. I couldn't wait to make this shaker card featuring the new Still Scenes bundle and coordinating products. At first I was trying to imagine how to line everything up so that the snow globe shaker dome fit in the die cut aperture, but once I began to work on the project it was a fairly easy process. Step up your stamping

Hello and thank you for stopping by. Today I am sharing how I stepped up a simple card design by adding extra elements for a totally different look. You may have heard in the Stampin' Up!/card making world the terms Beginner, Casual and Avid crafter. After a lot of research in to understanding their audience Stampin' Up! came up with these three levels to describe the type of crafters in their worldwide community. I have created three cards using the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set and coordinating dies and designer series paper. All of these items are FREE with purchase from the current Sale a Bration brochure  - when you place an order for $90 or more. This is a great time to build your product stash, the more you purchase the more freebies you can choose! Sale a Bration promotion ends on March 31, 2020. Want to see how I put these all together? Check out my latest Youtube video. I usually make time lapse tutorials as I am so nervous about talking on camera, so in
